断桥铝门窗型材是由铝合金型材和热塑性混合材料隔热条组合而成，滚压式隔热铝合金型材是以隔热性能好的高密度聚酰胺PA66胶条或聚氯乙烯硬质塑料胶条经穿条滚压加工，使铝塑连成一体。发泡式隔热铝型材是利用隔热条把内，外层铝型材连接嵌装成一体，在形成的隔热腔内填充聚氨酯泡沫，成为隔热铝合金型材"冷桥"，达到保温，节能的功效。
